The president will not cut the KRRiT's term. Council can work until fall 2028

president Karol Nawrocki did not confirm the expiry of the word of office of members of the National Broadcasting and Broadcasting Council following the rejection of her study for 2025 by the Sejm and the Senate. This means that the current composition of the regulator can continue. The KRRiT describes in its Communication the President's decision as a affirmative assessment of its activities to date.
