President Karol Nawrocki will not be “under the chandelier” but will be conducting active politics, that is besides his constitutional function – declared KPRP head Zbigniew Bogucki, betraying in a conversation with the WP the sphere of participation of the head of state in the Euro-Atlantic consultations before Trump-Putin meeting.
