President Karol Nawrocki estimated that since the parliamentary elections in 2023, the Constitutional Court has been ‘no pardon’ attacked and the constitutional appointment of the National Judiciary Council – ‘unwarrantedly challenged’. He declared that "as a guardian of the Constitution he would never accept specified actions.".
