President Karol Nawrocki participated in video conferencing of European leaders with Donald Trump and Volodymyr Zelenski, said the President's Office. The conversation was the consequence of a Sunday gathering of US and Ukrainian presidents in Florida, dedicated to the end of Russia's war.
During the conference, the state of peace negotiations was discussed. Nawrocki emphasized Trump's large commitment to the peace process and pointed out that Poland – thanks, among others, to the function of Rzeszów-Jasionka Airport as the main aid hub for Ukraine – will be crucial erstwhile signing the agreement.

The NRP besides indicated that the discussions confirmed the request to agree on peace and safety issues with all stakeholders. According to the Chancellery, the determination of the United States and the unity of Europe truly increase the chances of ending the war.
