In connection with the qualifying procedure conducted as president of the Management Board and members of the Management Board of Military Aviation Plants No. 1 S.A., the Supervisory Board selected fresh chaplains of the board body.
The fresh president of WZL No. 1 was Dr. Jacek A. Goszczyński, who is active in the aviation manufacture both scientifically and professionally. He graduated from the Faculty of Mechanical Energy and Aviation of the Warsaw University of Technology with the specialization of Applied Mechanics.
Since 1989, he worked at the Institute of Aviation on the Iryda project, which active the improvement of the successor of the native school-training aircraft TS-11 Iskra. Until 2002, as an assistant professor, he led the Mechanics and Flight Dynamics Team, working with, among others, ITWL, Naval Academy and another technological and production centres, supporting their activities in the implementation of fresh projects. He is the author of respective twelve articles and papers. While working at Nafta Polska S.A., he co-founded the concept of integration of the industrial group of the large Chemical Synthesis, resulting in the creation of the Grupa Azoty S.A. As Vice-President of the Agency for the improvement of manufacture S.A. in 2009, he participated in preparations for the creation of the Polish Armed Forces Group. In 2012 as Vice president of the Freight Exchange of Energy S.A. was liable for introducing natural gas to the stock exchange. Until 2018, he was an advisor in the banking and energy sectors and then, until 2021, was the manager of the NCBIR investigation project, implemented in cooperation with the Naval Academy in the FUD S.A. structures. From 2021 as manager of the method Department of the Municipal Cleaning Company in Warsaw Sp. z o. o., he prepared the company for the implementation of zero-emission vehicles for the collection of waste in Warsaw.
The board of directors of WZL No. 1 besides included 2 board members: Cezary Ciarciński, who will head the Sales, Marketing and improvement Division, as well as Tomasz Prządka, liable for the work of the branch of the company in Dęblin.

Since 2013 he has served as president of Romny Enterprise Sp. z o.o., which manages AWOS meteorological systems at Polish global airports (critical infrastructure). He holds a PPL pilot licence and completed training for the ATPL line pilot license.
Tomasz Przęka is simply a postgraduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Lublin, and besides graduated from the Faculty of Management of Lublin University of Technology. Associated with the National Defence Sector since 1989. He has many years of experience in conducting negotiations, management, administration and public procurement.
Maria Bocheńska is simply a postgraduate of the University of Łódź, Faculty of economical and Social Affairs, and graduated from the Faculty of Management of the University of Łódź. She has been associated with Military Aviation Plants No. 1 S.A. for more than 40 years at various positions, including the secretary of the supervisory board of the company, she presently serves as a associate of the board – the manager of controlling.
