Signals about the anticipation of hailing in Nordic countries, as it were, are part of Russia's intended strategy. This shows that the actions aimed at Poland, Lithuania and Latvia since 2021 have not been in any event and have not had only Belarusian background. Rather, they request to be treated in the category of the "war" test as a fresh form of Russian action under the war threshold. Polish, national actions and allied aid forced a modification of the assumptions of Russia and Belarus, but in no way eliminated the threat. On the contrary, the Kremlin has ceased contractually to hide behind the mentioned Belarus and already openly uses its resources and operates utilizing its own territory.
