Parliamentarians of the ruling coalition failed to reject the veto of president Karol Nawrocki on the amendment of the provisions in the Code of Criminal Procedure. To reject the veto, "for" had to vote 3/5 parliamentarians with at least half of their statutory number present.

440 Members took part in the vote. To re-advise the bill, i.e. 244 Members voted against the veto, 180 against and 16 abstentions. Most 3/5 essential for the re-enactment of the bill 264 votes.

This is the 3rd time the Sejm tried unsuccessfully to reject Nawrocki's veto - in December it was not possible to collect the majority to reject veto to cryptoactive lawsand then to the alleged Chain Act.
