The analysis of cases concerning the examination of observance of the electoral rights of psychiatric patients conducted by the Commissioner for Human Rights indicates many challenges that may origin applicable difficulties in exercising their right to vote in the upcoming presidential elections (e.g. withholding the patient’s ID card in deposit).
