Presidential elections 2025. This is the last day to change your voting place

The first circular of presidential elections is this coming Sunday. Voters who know they will not be in their permanent place of residence on voting day or do not have a permanent place of residence have 1 last day to collect a certificate of voting rights or submit an application to change their polling place.
