Jakub Banaszek, supported by PiS, the mayor of Chełm, has joined the deregulation squad led by the founder of InPost, Rafał Brzoska. The squad was established at the request of Prime Minister Donald Tusk. It is to propose legal changes that will improve the functioning of Polish companies. Banaszek writes on social media that although he is associated with the broadly understood right-wing camp, the goal of the initiative is of a nature beyond divisions and as a local government official, he sees many regulations that should be subject to deregulation.
