Karol Nawrocki has applied to the Constitutional Court (TK) to declare the programmatic goals and activities of the Communist organization of Poland (KPP) unconstitutional. The justification? The charge of referring to "the totalitarian methods and practices of communism and the presumption of the usage of force to gain power and influence state policy."
