President: I will propose that allies spend 3% of their GDP on defence

Andrzej Duda announced that he would convince allies to increase defence spending to at least 3% of GDP. The President, who presided over the National safety Council gathering on Monday, besides informed about the start of work on a fresh national safety strategy.
