President comments on Berlin's move: "Trying to tie Trump's hands"

President Andrzej Duda has commented on a fresh telephone conversation between German Chancellor Olaf Scholz and Russian president Vladimir Putin, calling it an "attempt to broker a ceasefire in Ukraine" without the participation of US President-elect Donald Trump. He besides revealed that during the conversation with Trump, he warned him that Germany and another allies were trying to "tie his hands."
