UK Prime Minister is going to Brussels to appeal for increased force on Russia

Starmer, who calls for a "reset" in relations with the European Union after Brexit, will meet the Secretary-General of NATO in Brussels and then have dinner with the leaders of the 27 EU associate States. This will be the first specified gathering since Britain left the EU.
