Prime Minister: persons liable for diversion acts have been identified

The work of the services, police and prosecutors allowed to find the persons liable for the acts of diversion - Prime Minister Donald Tusk informed on Tuesday. They are 2 people with Ukrainian citizenship working with Russia.
