Prime Minister Tusk should avoid Minister Bogucki

On last Thursday and Friday, Prime Minister Tusk unfortunately came into contact with president Nawrock's chief of law, Minister Zbigniew Bogucki, and in both cases he was run over by a substantive “walk”.
