Prime Minister Tusk criticises the withdrawal from the oil tanker air program

The programme, which was originally to be co-implemented besides by Poland, was yet taken over by another European countries specified as Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Belgium, Norway, Germany and the Czech Republic.
