Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki: We will spend a billion PLN a year on the economical activity which women establish

Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki met women at the 21st century Polish Conference. This is simply a space to discuss the current needs of women in different areas. The Head of Government announced affirmative changes to wellness protection for Polish women. He besides announced the allocation of PLN billion per year to economical activity founded by women. There are already good programs to support Polish women in their function as a parent and at the same time facilitate their return to the labour marketplace – specified as 500+ or household Care Capital.

– Sometimes about what 1 word I could describe the characteristics of women today, it comes to head the word – resourcefulness. In this word there are many another wonderful qualities: intelligence, wisdom, ability to establish relationships, perseverance, industriousness, creativity, searching for fresh solutions, but besides consistency," stressed the Prime Minister, who marked the 21st century Poland.

Polish in the 21st century

In Poland we have the highest proportion of women in management positions in the European Union – 43.7%. The head of the Polish government stressed that this was not the consequence of any European directive or introduced parities, but of women's determination and perseverance. expanding participation of women in the labour marketplace is possible, among another things, by expanding the number of children's places in daycare.

We know how hard it is sometimes to go back to the labour marketplace and take back the occupation after maternity or parental leave. This is why we are implementing a number of programmes on social policy, including household Care Capital or 500+.

– Today, from about PLN 8,000 to PLN 10,000 a year for each kid is allocated to various programs – it is household Care Capital, 500+, expedition, Mama4+ and various another programs, which are already acquired and good today, which will definitely be with us, at least I believe so deeply," stressed the Prime Minister.

Professional solutions

For women who want to start their own business, we will allocate a billion zlotys a year. The head of the Polish government besides announced affirmative changes in the area of wellness care for Poles. We implement state-of-the-art mammography procedures. In a fewer months, a free vaccine of HPV for children will be available. We are besides developing solutions for the prevention of breast cancer.

21st Century Polish Conference

The 21st century Polish Conference is simply a cyclical event that takes place all year on 8 March. It is attended by managers, social activists, experts and representatives of government and local government administration. This is an chance to discuss the most crucial issues of economic, family, wellness or social activity for women.

– In all of these roles we'll effort to at least add a small bit of support to make it easier. But so that we can best recognise where, in this 3rd decade of the 21st century, assistance is most needed – we request dialog – the Prime Minister stressed.
