France was the second phase of Prime Minister Li Qing's first abroad trip.
In Paris, apart from bilateral meetings, Prime Minister Li took part in the Global Finance Compact Summit organised by president Emmanuel Macron. The programme besides included a working dinner with representatives of the French business.
Prime Minister Li said that China and France, as permanent members of the UN safety Council, have a common strategical and holistic position on the global situation at the time of the gathering with president Macron.
