Dmitri Kozak made a declaration of voluntary resignation from the position of Deputy Head of Administration of the president of the Russian Federation - informs RBC Ukraine service. Kozak was 1 of the last Kremlin administration officials to openly argue the continuation of the war with Ukraine.
