German regulation of law: Border checks continue, although the court finds them illegal

W Germany has passed a celebrated sentence. The administrative court in Munich ruled that the extension of border control at the border with Austria was illegal. So we have a verdict, a stamp, a silence in the courtroom, and... a complete deficiency of consequences.
