As of 1 January 2026, the principles of free legal assistance and civilian guidance have changed. All by the Minister of Justice's Regulation of 13 December 2025, which amends the rules in force since 2018. The fresh regulations are intended to adapt the strategy to modern realities – primarily to distant communication and the needs of those who request peculiar support.
