The demographic situation in Poland can be described as weak. Births have been falling for years. The state besides faces an ageing population, which could lead to a shortage of labour and a burden on the pension system. The government hoped that the introduction of 500 and then 800 plus would change anything. However, this did not happen, so 1 citizen decided to give Charles Nawrock a solution.

Civil petition. Will there be a fresh witness for women?
The fresh demographic proposal is simply a state wage and additional pension contributions for each born child. The goal is to support women who do not work due to the fact that they dedicate themselves to raising children. The petitioner's request is based on the experience of people close to him.
I have a colleague who is 70 and he and his wife raised 4 children. The wife worked her full life with children and in effect has a pension of 0 PLN. If it wasn't for the kids, they wouldn't have anything to live for. A colleague has a pension of PLN 3300, which with drugs and rehabilitation costs is not adequate for life
- quotes the content of the petition fact.pl. The man proposes the following payment strategy for women:
when the first kid is born, the support should be equal to 1/2 of the minimum wage paid each period and this is to be counted as a pension,
When they have a second child, they should have 100 percent of the minimum wage,
When they have a 3rd child, they should have 1 and 1/2 minimum wage.
The author stressed that "at the same time the household should be co-financed as the president suggests - 140 1000 in terms of planned changes in the taxation threshold and 800 PLN per child".

A wage for having a baby. A female would be financially secure.
Currently, the minimum wage in Poland is PLN 4666 gross per month. This means that 1 kid would give a female a wage of PLN 2333, 2 children PLN 4666 and 3 PLN 6999. In addition, she could number on additional pension contributions. If she became a parent at the age of 30 and did not work until her retirement, the deferred contributions would let to pay 600 PLN with 1 child, 1200 PLN with 2 children, and with 3 children the amount of the benefit would be akin to the current minimum pension. - It's a very generous and pro-social proposal. However, the proponent does not indicate how to finance specified benefits or how to guarantee equal treatment of people who, for example, pay taxes, but have not decided to have children," said Dr. Marcin Wojewódka of the Pension Institute. Given the fact that maintaining the 800+ programme alone is simply a cost of PLN 64 billion per year, the fresh demographic proposal could importantly burden the state budget.
