According to Wp.pl, the Ministry of Agriculture gave approval to sale 160 ha of land to the Vice president of Dawtony shortly before the Law and Justice Department gave its power. The problem is that the high-speed railway line from Warsaw to CPK is to pass through this plot. Its value will so increase many times.
A scandal for PLN 380 million
In short: the state sold the game to the businessman for PLN 22.8 million. And it may should be redeemed for about PLN 400 million, due to the fact that that's what it could be worth now. 160 hectares had previously belonged to the National Centre for Agricultural Support (KOWR). The buyer was Piotr Wielgomas, vice president of Dawton's processing company. He leased it since 2008 – says Szymon Jadczak, writer of Virtual Poland, who described the transaction.
The most exasperating is the fact that the procedures leading to the sale of the game continued erstwhile it was already known that the track would be played. The agriculture hotel was then headed by Robert Telus. Formally, the sale took place on 1 December 2023, 12 days before PiS's failure of power.
The determination to sale the game was expected to be huge. The sale originally failed due to the fact that the signatures did not match. Then Morawiecki handed over his government to resign, PiS formally appointed then the alleged two-week government. And it was during this short period that unusual things happened, like the finalization of the sale of the plot. Even then the CPK authorities tried to halt the transaction. They didn't make it.
Who's guilty?

Interestingly, there are many specified voices, they appeared long before the announcement of Telus' suspension in the PiS. But even the PiS spokesperson who informed Kaczyński's decision did not hesitate to link the case to Tuski.
"Mateusz Morawiecki always knew how to land, and the Pisan minister from CPK Horala explained that how to bargain is only according to procedures. I have any bad news for them: the ND scam has been in the DA's office for months. According to procedures, of course," commented Donald Tusk himself.
Maciej Lasek, Deputy Minister of Infrastructure, confirmed this.
– Since last year, we've been trying to recover this area as part of negotiations, amicable settlement. In the winter of this year, the collected materials were handed over to an external law firm to measure whether they were the basis for submitting a notification of the anticipation of committing a crime and the prosecutor's office proceeded to analyse the case," he said.
