On June 5, the U.S. Department of defence informed of the signing of a contract with the corporation-owned Raytheon company Pratt & Whitney Military Engines regarding the continuation of the production of F135 household engines for the Lockheed Martin F-35 Lightning II multi-purpose combat aircraft.
