They know the rules, procedures and guidelines, but the most crucial is the ability to implement them. Soldiers of the Command Company and the Logistics Company 6 of the Mazovian Territorial Defence Brigade as part of the past rotation improved tactics and survival.
Rotative training is simply a basic form of training for Territorial Defence soldiers. This is 2 days of intense activities a month, which are aimed at sustaining and perpetuating the skills of combat and anti-crisis soldiers.
Last weekend, the Territorials stationed in Radom Company: Command and Logistics could be met in the Permanent territory of Responsibility. - Many classes are carried out inside - in weapon ranges, in areas belonging to military units. However, given the nature of the Territorial Military Service, it is very crucial that soldiers know the area in which they serve. Therefore, we can frequently be met, for example, in forest areas. Our view attracts interest, but I think the residents are already utilized to our presence - says 1 of the instructors.
During the past weekend, specified classes took place, among others, in the territory of the territory of Szdłowiec. As part of the training, the soldiers pursued issues in the field of soldier behaviour and action in the field of combat, perfected elements of tactics specified as action in the section, masking or reading maps. Through overnight stay, they besides tested their skills in organizing the camp and surviving in hard weather conditions.
The Territorials besides took part in shooting classes during which they had to show the ability to hit targets that were set at various distances. An additional difficulty in conducting effective fire was physical fatigue of soldiers. The shooting was preceded by a few-mile-long conformation march, and soldiers planned distance had to overcome with equipment and equipment. The Level of Training assessment was besides subject to another elements, which during the year were mastered by soldiers, among others: preparing an ambush, occupying the area, effectively masking and patrolling and developing the base.
