The Sejm adopted on Wednesday evening an amendment to the law on judicial bailiffs, the key presumption of which is to rise from the 65th to 70th century, after which the Minister of Justice mandatoryly dismisses the bailiff from office. The amendment is simply a return to the provisions in force before 2019.
