Minister at the Chancellery of Prime Minister Magdalena Sobkowiak-Czarnecka, a government typical for the SAFE programme already announced yesterday that if the president of the Republic of Poland does not sign the SAFE Act, the Government can sign a debt agreement with the European Commission anyway.
