US peculiar Envoy on Peace Missions Steve Witkoff reported on Wednesday that a gathering of the United States and Russia delegation was held in Florida that day. The teams discussed "different topics and agreed to stay in touch" – Witkoff said, without revealing more details.
Witkoff wrote on page X that Kiriyl Dmitriev, a peculiar typical of Russian leader Vladimir Putin on investment, was at the head of the Russian delegation.
The American delegation, in addition to Witkoff, included the son-in-law and advisor to Trump Jared Kushner and White home advisor Josh Gruenbaum. "The delegations discussed various topics and agreed to stay in touch," Witkoff added.
Dmitryev in the X entry thanked the members of the American delegation for their “productive meeting”.
"Today, many countries, especially the United States, are beginning to realize better the key, systemic function of Russian oil and gas in ensuring the stableness of the planet economy, as well as the inefficiency and destructive nature of sanctions against Russia," said Dmitriev in a message published on the Telegram.
"We have discussed both promising projects that can aid reconstruct Russian-American relations and the current crisis in global energy markets," he added.
