A fund to support local media? Deputy Minister of Culture announces talks with the EC

Deputy Minister of Culture Maciej Wróbel will search the European Commission's approval to support the state's local media budget, which is presently contrary to European legislation. The central fund would compensate local publishers for failure of local grants.
