Additional SAFE formation? Brussels is reasoning of a fresh programme

Currently, the SAFE programme is undergoing and finalising. The first payments are to take place in the second 4th of this year (after approval by the Council of the European Union). At the same time, discussion is underway on the creation of a fresh defence mechanics for associate States.
