A fresh ministry was created. Who's gonna run it?

Prime Minister Donald Tusk presented the fresh Council of Ministers, pointing out that its composition was slimmed - from 26 constitutional ministers to 21. There was besides a fresh ministry - Ministry of Energy. It will be managed by Miłosz Motyka from the Polish People's Party.
