Flood 2024. informing on False RCB Alerts

As [we have reported in CyberDefence24.pl](https://cyberdefence24.pl/cybersecurity/scheme-on-child-taken-through-cause-easy-cover-rational-thinking), scammers exploit the hard situation in regions of Poland affected by flooding and effort to deceive Poles. There were, among others, false posts with the image of "missing children" aimed at extorting data.
