Triple "no" to the president. There was a veto on sugar, alcohol and schools

President Karol Nawrocki vetoed 3 key government laws on Thursday. The head of state blocked the increase in the sugar levy, the increase in excise work on alcohol and the programme improvement in the school. The president argues that the government is trying to "burden the budget hole" at the expense of citizens, and changes in schools will lead to chaos. However, Minister of Education Barbara Nowacka announces the continuation of the reforms despite the President's decision.
