The first 4 countries, presently holding more than half of the world's global control stake (53%), are listed in Table 1. If we add the control shares to this:
Germany (counted with Austria) – due to the very close link between the economies of both countries
Ukraine – which, being an internally “fallen” country, uses only part of its controlling capacity (mainly in the interests of the USA and Germany)
England – in the text we specify the full United Kingdom
It will turn out that this tiny group, which has more than two-thirds of the world's controlling possible (67%) in its hands, would let them (in accordance with the Kossecki method) to submit to the remaining – how many – group of states.
