The association of prosecutors Lex Super Omnia powerfully condemns hateful statements in the media space to prosecutors Andrzej Piaseczny and Mariusz Kowal, who, in their function as guardian of the regulation of law, presented in the building of the ultimate Court that, in accordance with the constitutional and conventional law of the Chamber of Extraordinary Control and Public Affairs, it is not a court due to its defective in the light of the cast – lawyers claiming to be judges of the ultimate Court.
These prosecutors presented a position in accordance with the common constitutional and conventional law that the combined composition of the Extraordinary Control and Public Affairs Chamber and the Labour and Social Insurance Chamber was not decently empowered to issue this resolution. Thus, the claim, claiming to be judges of the ultimate Court of Lawyers, that the European Union's authorities cannot lay down standards governing the organisation and functioning of the national justice system, is, of course, contrary to the common law of Polish prosecutors and judges.
Prosecutors Andrzej Piaseczny and Mariusz Kowal had not only the right, but besides the duty, standing in charge of the regulation of law, to take specified a position.
Meanwhile, their execution of their prosecutorial duties met with hateful statements in any media replicating uncritically private opinions of prosecutors who have not performed their duties for months.
We're with all the prosecutors doing their work properly!
