There's the scandal in the Sejm again. The MP came to work intoxicated. He had to be removed from the plenary room. This is simply a Confederate MP, Richard Wilk. It was as it utilized to be - first the consternation, then the effort to do things quietly, but the MP could not be missed. Now Richard Wilk apologizes.
