Jacek Sasin, in harsh words, commented on Chancellor Scholz's curiosive message about making amends to the surviving victims of the occupation.

On Tuesday, the first Polish-German intergovernmental consultation with Prime Minister Donald Tusk and German Chancellor Olaf Scholz took place in Warsaw since 2018.

During a joint press conference, the issue of war reparations from Germany was raised. Donald Tusk stated that Poland had legally waived reparation. The head of the Polish government besides said that, in the context of what happened during planet War II, Germany should now take work for Europe and guarantee its safety.

No little controversy caused Olaf Scholz's words. – We Germans, during planet War II, caused Poland an immensity of suffering. Germany is aware of its large guilt and work for millions of victims of the German occupation, so we will support initiatives for the survivors of the business and for the memory of the victims," said the Chancellor.

Sasin: I am offended by Chancellor Scholz's statement

Jacek Sasin expressed his firm opinion. “I am offended by Chancellor Scholz’s statement,” said erstwhile Deputy Prime Minister and PiS politician in Polsat News. – It is simply a mockery of Poles and a shame for us that we let this guy to come to Poland and say specified things here. And that the Prime Minister of the Polish Government, alternatively of protesting, drapes before him and pays tribute to him and actually gives Poland to him in lenna, saying that he hopes that Germany will supply Poland with security," he added.

"The very Chancellor Scholz is consistent in this matter. Let me remind you that he tweeted about the Germans not so long ago as victims of planet War II.... As I realize it, he doesn't see any victims of reparation due to the fact that how victims are expected to pay victims. It is something unimaginable to relativize past like that," Sasin said.

"The politician has come to the colony"

The leader mentioned that the policy of the Law and Justice on reparations had no effect in the form of any declaration by the German authorities. But I'm sorry, you had to take the first step. Nobody's done it before us, nobody's estimated it. We counted these losses – Sasin reminded.

– But Prime Minister Tusk, alternatively of reproving himself, prefers to prostrate himself to Olaf Scholz, who, present I had the impression, came and acted as if the politician had come to the colony, and the local duck simply bowed to him," he added.
