Portuguese sailors refused to observe the Russian ship due to the condition of their ship

A group of Portuguese sailors refused to participate in a monitoring mission flowing close the territorial waters of that country's Russian warship. Thirteen rebel soldiers have stated that their ship is unfit for mission due to the fact that it is in bad condition.
