Portuguese sailors refused to observe the Russian ship due to the condition of their ship

A group of sailors from Portugal refused to participate in a mission to monitor a Russian warship passing close the country's territorial waters. Thirteen mutinous soldiers said their ship was unfit for the mission due to the fact that it was in mediocre condition.
