I like Portugal very much. The beaches of Algarve are phenomenal and if anyone else has not seen this confederate coast, I would advise you to go, for example, in September.
I've been to Portugal precisely 6 times- 4 times professionally, twice tourist. I met a twelve Portuguese and I like them very much. That is why I am very pleased that Social politician Antonio Jose Seguro won the presidential election. The name itself (in Polish, “Insurance”) indicated that He should be President.
The counter-candidate Andre Ventura should lose for the name itself. But I'm glad he lost due to the fact that he's a Trump fan, Bolsonaro, Salvini. Racist, anti-abortionist, not to say fascist.
And yet there's a spoon of chops in that barrel of honey. Winning 67% to 33% seems crushing, but to me it's terrifying that 1/3 of the voters can vote for this type. But it is even worse that attendance was about 50%, or 50% of Portuguese people have a deep respect for the destiny of their country, and not only theirs, due to the fact that the "international" of various orbans threatens Europe as a whole.
But for now, let's open the champagne and enjoy the better part of Portugal, including my friends.
