Law and Justice presented a task to build a fresh seaport – ‘Port Haller’ – linked to the planned atomic power plant in Choczew. The port is to service as an infrastructure, commercial and defence function. Jarosław Kaczyński and Mariusz Błaszczak emphasize that the investment will increase Poland's strategical independency and will fill gaps in maritime logistics.
