MON and MRPiPS agreement on cooperation with Volunteers of Labour

We must make a safe tomorrow, we must make a safe Poland and build the resilience of the full country. Of course, in the safety strategy the Polish Army, the armed forces play a decisive role, but not only safety in the military begins and settles. We request to build a full state safety system, covering many areas. (...) We besides request to include society in our activities, from an early age, from kindergarten. We gotta make all child, all young man will realize the dangers around us, how to respond if these threats arise, what to do to aid his colleague, what to do to avoid these threats that can affect him and his loved ones," said Deputy Minister Stanisław Wzątek.

On Friday, 6 March an agreement was signed at the Ministry of Defence represented by Undersecretary of State Stanislaw Wzątek, and Ministry of Family, Labour and Social Policy represented by Minister Agnieszka Dziemianowicz-Bąk on cooperation implemented by Volunteer Labour Hufce.

"The component we are finalising present is highly crucial due to the fact that we are talking about young people who can get delicate skills. Very essential for the Polish Army and for a widely understood system. These skills are connected first with building actual patriotic pro-defensive attitudes. These activities must besides take into account the unique, qualified, prepared professions that the military needs. The aim of our action is to warrant the personnel for the Polish Army, but besides to prepare the public what to do in an emergency situation. These professions we are talking about are professions from more sophisticated ones associated with operating the latest equipment - for example drone equipment, i.e. drone operators, but besides mechanics, besides drivers. These are besides areas that are auxiliary to the military. This can warrant us the Voluntary occupation Hufiac operating all over Poland. The branches are located in all voivodships. The Central Military Recruitment Center is simply a partner for the implementation of these activities. These are the partners to implement our agreement in practice

The aim of the agreement is to establish a permanent framework of cooperation between the Ministry of Defence and the Ministry of Family, Labour and Social Policy, implemented by the Volunteer Labour Huffs in the field of education, education and activation of youth for the safety and defence of the state.

- I'm sorry. I am highly happy that present we are finalising the agreement between the Ministry of Family, Labour and Social Policy and the Ministry of National Defence. An agreement that concerns and includes a plan of extended cooperation between the defence department and voluntary work systems. Both of these institutions will launch a number of joint projects whose main nonsubjective will be to educate young people in terms of safety and defence. The aim of this agreement is to share the desire to give young people the chance to gain cognition about defence, to learn about security, to participate in joint projects with the military. utilizing resources and large cognition in volunteer work related to national defence. We want this agreement to make it possible to make culture, athletics and awareness of the importance of acting for common security

- said Minister Agnieszka Dziemianowicz-Bąk.

The Parties agree to cooperate in carrying out joint educational, educational and training activities, including the promotion of defence knowledge, the improvement of patriotic attitudes, the promotion of military service and the improvement of skills useful in crisis situations. Cooperation covers both national and regional levels.
