The National Prosecutor's Office suffered another defeat in the clash with judicial procedures. Despite attempts to correct earlier errors, the application to charge the property of the erstwhile Minister of Justice with a forced mortgage was again rejected. The judicial referee pointed out to investigators a number of formal deficiencies, considering the amendments as insufficient. However, the decision does not yet close the case, beginning the way for further legal steps.
