Population remains a policy for frustrated people

In a planet where most people have at least a fewer reasons to discontent with a given power and increasingly trust the elite, populism will stay an effective tool to construct narratives in which various sources of irritation receive a common explanation. However, it will not be politics for stupid people, as any people believe, but frustrated.
