Plus

  • Plus did not give a detailed agenda to shut down the 3G network, but provides for the completion of this process by 2027.
  • The operator gradually modernises its infrastructure, emphasising the expansion of the 5G network.

What do these changes mean for users?

The exclusion of 3G networks in Poland has respective crucial consequences for customers:

  1. Need to replace older devices – Older telephone models that do not support 4G or 5G will cease to work erstwhile the 3G network is switched off. This applies primarily to calls placed on the marketplace before 2010.
