Interministerial Shield East? Let us learn from the strategical task [ OPINION]

Self-implementing the Tarcza East programme by the Ministry of National Defence, without integrating infrastructure already in existence at the border, would be a large mistake, for respective reasons. Of course, there are tasks that the military will gotta carry out on its own (e.g. the construction of anti-tank dams), but there are besides actions in which it will be able to benefit from what has already been done (e.g. a physical border barrier), or what is planned to be done (e.g. a tight, optoelectronic surveillance strategy built along the full border).
