In Poland, which is nominally Catholic, and the government declares a pro-family policy, we must not forget about the request to take matters into our own hands and the strong defence of the most susceptible Poles, our children, both born and unborn," said Jan Więgalski, who opened the Kraków March speech for Life and Family.
Both the organizers and participants of the march emphasized that in Poland – which is nominally inactive Catholic – it is besides essential to defend children from a wave of depravity and an ideologicalized school education. As Jan Więprajalski emphasized in an interview with PCh24 TV, Poles after a period of fighting communism proceed to be in a kind of dormant state, not realizing that the government, despite all declarations, will not be able to defend our lives and conventional Christian values.
In turn present at the March for Life and household of Małopolska Educational Curator Barbara Nowak pointed out that the point of this family, joyful event is to show that as long as Polish families are attached to God and conventional values, the Christian civilization will proceed in our country and we will have the chance to defend it from the flood of ideological barbarism.
We are here to show our attachment to a household understood as mother, father and children, to a household bound to God and not yielding to fashionable ideologies – said young families present on the march.
As always, from the walls of Krakow were reflected by the draped slogans, in which the marchers expressed opposition to sanctioning prenatal murders with the provisions of the "law" and ignoring the protection of life by the ruling politicians. God’s household Strong – this is 1 of the slogans that sounded decisively on the way with the royal way from Matejka Square to Wolnica Square.
On the road of the March for Life and household there was a multi-person countermanifest. Supporters of the unpunished killing of unborn children exhibited symbols of the LGBT movement and the alleged Women's Strike, presenting slogans reflecting abortion propaganda. However, they set themselves comparatively far from the way of the march without deciding to attack the participants directly. In the beginning, there was besides an incidental involving a pervert who walked close the participants dressed in latex clothes with chains and with a mask covered face, taking shameless pose. However, the individual was not aggressive and rapidly disappeared.

The reactions of passersby were mostly neutral, although there were both support and disapprovals, shown by gestures with hands and shouts. However, regardless of the temper of the street, Krakow families passed joyfully and powerfully demonstrating their support for the conventional household and the protection of life from conception to natural death.
Soon the video coverage of the Krakow March for Life and household will be released on our portal.
