Polish services are mass surveillance of Poles. They don't request a warrant or a conviction

In 2024 Polish services visited Polish telephone records more than 2 million times. Officers can see who's called, texted, and where his telephone was logged in. The services have access to these ‘from desks’ data and no 1 from outside controls it. This is against EU law and judgments - writes "Gazeta Wyborcza".
