Polish law ignores citizens' interests?

The principles of social coexistence are 1 of the most crucial clauses of general civilian law and 1 of the limits of legal action. Legal actions against them are invalid. In fresh years, however, the case law seems to attach little and little importance to this clause. Does this mean that in social life, too, its meaning is weakening? And does this stay due to the inflation of regulations and expanding acceptance of aggression in social relations?
