Former Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki warned that the tender for construction of the CPK was created in specified a way as to exclude Polish companies. – There are no conditions that would reward companies with global capital and do not reward Polish – says Jan Styliński, president of the Polish Association of Construction Employers.
